This format of practice allows us to work one-on-one with each other to develop a single practice or a program that fits your needs, goals, and lifestyle. I can travel to your home or business so that you have a space to practice that is comfortable and convenient to you. Please feel free to check my Experience page for my trainings and certifications, but I have been lucky to have trained in several modalities with wonderful teachers. From Restorative to Handstands, Yin to Arm Balances, Meditation/Mindfulness to Vinyasa, no experience to loads, I’ve got you covered (with props as well!).
Your first session includes a 30 minute consult in addition to the private lesson. I offer special pricing for your first book with me (link below). I have several other options for private lessons on my offerings page, but do not hesitate to contact me for discounts on multiple sessions booked at one time, if you do not see an option that fits your needs, or if you have any questions that I can address.
Private lessons can tailored to include:
