This will be a 3 hour workshop where we will explore an introduction into the primary yoga series of the Budokon system. We will also be working preparation in the modalities of mobility, animal locomotion, and calisthenics as they relate to the series.
'Budokon' broken down translates to the way of the warrior and we will use this workshop to work towards finding a balance between our inner yogi and our fierce warrior.
Please come prepared with a water bottle and a long sleeved shirt for the mobility work. Not necessary, but will be helpful to have leggings or knee coverings as well.
