This class moves your practice from the static poses of Bikram into an introduction to vinyasa flow. Additional poses are introduced that include further hip opening, upper body / core strengthening and preparatory work in alignment based sun salutations. The class is taught in a room heated to 95 degrees, with music to energize the flow. All levels including beginners are welcome and will find this class accessible, however Hot Yoga Basics and several Bikram classes would be the best way to begin your Hot Room journey. Hot room.
